I'd been through 3 different jobs in a span of 5 years, when it comes to the hiring process, I find it easier to be hired by my target companies. I think it's because I'm being myself always and I'm direct to my point. Moreover, I only apply to companies that I really like and I don't apply to multiple companies all at once.
