Technology Growth Disrupting Labor

This is a topic that I have been interested in for a while.
Because of the growth of artificial intelligence, it is going to put a lot of stress on the general labor market and this will lead to a more widespread issue with unemployment. Low-skilled/labor workers are being needed less and less and this will cause a big problem when companies start investing more into artificial intelligence which will be replacing a percentage of their labor workers.
How can we prevent this from becoming an unemployment crisis?
